By accessing or using PostMoney ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PostMoney provides portfolio management software for investment fund managers, including AI-powered document processing, KPI extraction, and portfolio report generation. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and is intended for use by qualified investment professionals and fund managers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use PostMoney. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date
We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.
4. Subscription and Payment
PostMoney is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following payment terms:
- Fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
- Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing
If payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is resolved. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious software, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or accounts
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service without our written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Service without authorization
Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate termination of your account.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain full ownership of all data, documents, and information you upload to PostMoney ("Your Data").
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process, store, and transmit Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not sell Your Data to third parties or use it for any purpose other than operating and improving the Service.
7. AI Processing
PostMoney uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to extract data, identify KPIs, and generate insights from documents you upload. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI extraction is not guaranteed to be error-free or complete
- Extracted data may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-extracted data before use in reports, investor communications, or business decisions
- PostMoney shall not be liable for any decisions made in reliance on unverified AI-extracted data
We continuously work to improve the accuracy of our AI systems, but human review remains essential for all material outputs.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, algorithms, design elements, trademarks, and content created by PostMoney, is owned by PostMoney and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written permission. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PostMoney and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to PostMoney in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Service ceases immediately
- Your Data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted
- You may request an export of Your Data within that 30-day window
- Any outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email to the address associated with your account, or by displaying a prominent notice within the Service, at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
